I started my first online business in 2014, back when everything felt like trial-and-error. WordPress coding, duct-taped systems, and a whole lot of late nights. Like you, I figured it out step by step.
Then came the boom. Clients rolled in, sales felt almost effortless, and momentum was easy to ride. It was exciting—and exhausting.
And when the pace shifted, I felt it in my bones. The same strategies I had relied on stopped delivering. I caught myself scrambling, second-guessing, and pushing harder than ever, only to feel further away from the life I actually wanted.
That’s when I learned the lesson I now teach: hustle and momentum don’t sustain a business. What sustains a business—and the woman leading it—are two things: metrics and mentorship.
Metrics gave me clarity. Instead of asking “What am I doing wrong?” I could see the trends, the signals, the places I needed to shift.
